BLAKE|GRIGGS PROPERTIES, LLC is a private commercial real estate investment, development and services company based in Danville, California. Its strategy is to develop, acquire, lease and manage residential, mixed-use, and retail projects primarily located in “in-fill” markets in California with a typical investment size of $50-350 million. In all of its projects, BGP is responsible for seeking investments, obtaining entitlements, sourcing capital, due diligence, construction management, retail leasing and asset management.
What we did.
The first issues was their website was hacked. It was being redirected to a spam site. There was no more support from their prior web company. So we took over, fixed the issue and re-created the site on a platform that was made easy to make changes per their requests. The old site was limited with how they templated it.
This forward facing site contained their press content which they needed posted on a frequent basis along with development projects that needed updating. So we manage and maintain the website for them.
